Baltimore City Police Department are investigating a death of a 1-month-old girl who was severely burned during bath incident.
On Tuesday around 6 p.m. officers responded to the 500 block of E. Patapsco Avenue for a reported sick child.
Police say when officers arrived they located an unresponsive baby suffering with burns across 80 percent of her body.
The 1-month-old girl was transported to the hospital where she was later pronounced dead.
The baby has been identified at Elisha Lynn Watson.
Detectives continue to investigate this incident and working with the States Attorney Office to see if criminal charges will be filed against the parents.
