Police are investigating a shooting in southwest Baltimore on Wednesday that claimed the life of one man.
Just before 2 p.m. officers were called to the 800 block of North Woodington Road for a shooting. Once on scene, a 40-year-old man was found suffering from gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
This marks the city’s 232 homicide of the year.
