Baltimore Police confirmed an officer-involved shooting in the 1700 block of Homestead Road near Harford Road in Northeast Baltimore.

Police responded to a 911 call about a gunman around 11:30 p.m. Tuesday night. Officers located the suspect, identified as 29-year-old Davi Ralph of the 1700 block of Montpelier Street, and spotted him with a gun in his hand.

During a pursuit, Ralph fired his gun at two uniformed officers officers. They in turn shot the suspect multiple times, according to police.
Ralph was listed in stable condition.
He's been charged with attempted murder, first and second-degree assault and a handgun violation. He has a prior handgun arrest in Baltimore City, Commissioner Kevin Davis said.
