A mistrial has been declared in a road rage case caught on video in February.
Orlando Redd, 37, is accused of driving a minivan out of control, crashing into a building and hitting a woman leaving a bar.
Victim Jill Borum suffered several injuries.

According to Redd's attorney, Brandon Mead, the jury deadlocked after being sent back to deliberate three different times. The judge determined a verdict could not be reached.
