A man and a woman were found shot dead in southwest Baltimore Monday afternoon, after firefighters went to the location when smoke alarms went off.
Baltimore Police said the man, age unknown, and the woman, 69, were found at 12:51 p.m. in the 200 block of Poplar Grove suffering from gunshot wounds to the head and face.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene, and the woman was taken to and area hospital where she was pronounced dead.
