A 23-year-old man leads Baltimore City Police to the body of a woman he supposedly killed Friday afternoon.
Around 3:40 p.m. Friday, Howard County Police contacted City Police to inform them that Jerome Arnold reported that he killed a woman in the City.
Arnold told detectives he killed Lisa Studley, 36, in a wooded area near the 4000 block of West Bay Avenue. Officers located the body of an adult female in a wooded area behind the 1100 block of Edwight Court.
Studley appeared to suffered from trauma to her upper body and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Arnold has been charged with first degree murder and various assault charges. He was transported to the Central Booking and Intake Facility.
Investigators believe the suspect and victim knew each other.
