Man shot in to death in Charles Village

BALTIMORE, Md. - Baltimore Police homicide detectives are investigating the shooting death of Merve Douglas, whose bullet riddled body was found Thursday afternoon in the 2300 block of North Charles Street.

Douglas was transported to an area hospital, where he later died.  Police say there is no clear motive for the shooting, but say they have a suspect's description.

The suspect was described as a light skinned black male wearing a green tee shirt and a baseball hat. After the shooting, he fled the area on foot.
