A man shot in the head in East Baltimore Tuesday afternoon died at the hospital police said.
Officers responding to the 1200 block of N. Caroline Street just after 3 p.m. found a man shot in the face.
He was taken to an area hospital where he died.
Police have not released the name of the victim.
