A man died Tuesday night after being shot while riding in the passenger seat of a car in the area of N. Ellwood Avenue and E. Monument Street, Baltimore Police said.
The suspect approached the car and fired the gun, hitting the victim, an 18-year-old. The driver took him to Johns Hopkins Hospital, where he died.
