BALTIMORE - Baltimore Police have arrested a suspect they say shot a man in West Baltimore July 14.
According to police, Timothy Brice, 21, approached an 18-year-old victim in the 1400 block of North Monroe Street and shot him.
The victim sustained a gunshot wound to his elbow and was transported to a nearby hospital where he was treated for his injury and released.
Detectives received assistance from witnesses in the community and were able to identify Brice as the suspect, police said.
Brice was taken into custody by the Warrant Apprehension Task Force.
He is charged with attempted murder, assault, dangerous weapon and handgun violations.
Brice is being held at the Baltimore City Central Booking and Intake Facility.
