Man arrested in carjacking that involved 4yo

Baltimore Police have arrested a man in connection with a carjacking last weekend that involved a sleeping 4-year-old. 

Charles Johnson, 28, was arrested in connection with the carjacking in the 400 block of S. Conkling Street. Police are still looking for a second suspect. 

The carjacking happened about 8:15 p.m. Sunday. A woman told police her car had been stolen and her 4-year-old daughter was still inside the car. 

A short time later, the child was found uninjured at the intersection of Leverton and Bouldin Street.

Family members said the victim's sister-in-law was in the passenger seat.

The suspects approached the car and ordered the woman out of the vehicle at gunpoint. They got into the car and drove away.
