Several incidents of harassment involving juveniles were reported near the Inner Harbor this week.
On Tuesday at 6:45 p.m., police confirmed that a woman was assaulted by a large group of young people near Conway and S. Charles Streets.
Later that night, just before 8:30 p.m., police responded to an assault involving juvenile suspects in the 100 block of W. Conway Street.
Customers were reportedly chased and harassed by juveniles outside of the Rusty Scupper restaurant Wednesday night around 7:15 p.m.
"There are some similar characteristics to the incidents, but we haven't been able to make an arrest yet, so that's where we need the community's help. If you see a group of individuals or just one individual that seems to be out of place, maybe acting suspicious, we want you to call 911," said Baltimore City Police Detective Jeremy Silbert.
Baltimore Police have increased patrols throughout in the Inner Harbor and in surrounding neighborhoods.

Back in January, Councilman Eric Costello sent out an email to his constituents in the 11th District warning residents about an increase in crimes committed by juveniles.
"There's no question that we need to have more police officers out on the street and we need to be maximizing how we do that. We need to be working on ramping up recruitment to get more officers into the department, so that's a big piece of it and the other is ensuring there's consequences, appropriate consequences for juveniles that are committing these crimes," said Councilman Costello.
Detective Silbert did not say whether the juveniles were targeting certain individuals. As of Friday afternoon, there have been no arrests in connection with these incidents.
