Baltimore City Detectives hope someone who knows what happened to Ricardo Josey will come forward.
The 19-year-old was shot and killed in the 2300 block of Presbury Street in West Baltimore on October 10, 2016.
Metro Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $2,000 for information leading to an arrest and indictment in the case. Anyone with information can call 1-866-7-LOCKUP to leave an anonymous tip.
