Detectives are investigating a shooting incident that left a 2-year-old boy injured near Coppin State University Wednesday.
At 10 a.m. officers responded to the 600 block of Dension Street after receiving a call from a woman, 25 stating her son was shot.
The boy sustained a graze wound on his leg and was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
Police said that officers were unable to located any witnesses or other victims connected to the incident.
