A Baltimore man was arrested Monday, accused of kidnapping and raping a teenage girl on New Year's Day.
Todd Graves, 44, of the 3000 block of East Federal Street, is charged with kidnapping a child under the age of 16, first-degree rape, first-degree sexual offense and first- and second-degree assault.
According to Baltimore Police, Graves made arrangements with a 14-year-old girl's guardian to drive the teen to the store.
Once the girl was inside the car, police say he drove her to his home and allegedly raped her.
Graves was being held without bail at the Baltimore City jail Tuesday, online court records show.
