Baltimore City Police investigate two shootings

BALTIMORE CITY, Md: - Baltimore City Police are investigating two shooting incidents. 

  As the result of a warrant that was served in the 600 block of N Carrollton Street, Renard Jones, 22, one of the suspects from shooting that was reported on May 16,was located. 

An investigation revealed that  Jones was suffering from a gunshot wound to the knee. 

At this time he is reporting that the incident occurred in the 4100 block of Eierman Avenue at an unknown time. 

He was transported to an area hospital where he receiving medical treatment for his injury. 

Southern District detectives are investigating the incident, anyone with information is asked to call 410-396-2499. 

On May 29 at 12:08am  officers responded to the intersection of N. Arlington and Edmonson Avenues for a shooting. 

An adult male was located with a gunshot wound in the groin. He was transported to an area hospital where he is currently listed in serious but stable condition.
