A shooting from 25 years ago added another name to Baltimore's climbing murder rate for this year.
Antonio Littlejohn died at GBMC Hospital on July 31 of this year.
An autopsy on the 55-year-old concluded Littlejohn's death stemmed from injuries he suffered in a shooting on October, 18 1991. The shooting happened on North Vincent Street.
Baltimore Police have not said whether anyone was arrested in that shooting.
