Two children were among those injured in a triple shooting in Baltimore Saturday night.

Police said a 4-year-old girl and an 6-year-old boy, as well as a 61-year-old woman, suffered non-life threatening injuries.

Around 8:10 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to the 900 block of McAleer Court for a  shooting. The 61-year-old woman was shot in the right leg, the 4-year-old girl in the right foot and the 6-year-old boy in the left leg.

All three victims were transported to an area hospital.

Preliminary investigation reveals the victims and other people were outside when at least one gunman walked up and opened fire. The gunman fled westbound on foot on 900 McAleer Court.

Detectives are asking anyone with information to call (410) 396-2221 or call Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7-LOCKUP.

Editor's Note: Police originally said the woman who was shot was 60 years old.
