4 people shot Friday evening in Baltimore; including a 9-year-old girl

Four people were injured during several shootings Friday night in South and Central Baltimore, including a 9-year-old girl who was caught in the crossfire of one of those shootings.

Five minutes before 5 p.m. police were called to an area hospital for a walk-in shooting victim.

When officers arrived they found a 24-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound to the forearm.

Around one hour later at 6:04 p.m. police were called to the 3900 block of Rokeby Road for a reported shooting.

Once on scene officers discovered a 24-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound to his shoulder.

Medics transported the victim to an area hospital for treatment.

At 7:57 p.m. police were dispatched to the 1000 block of Slater Road for a reported shooting.

When police arrived to the scene, they discovered a 9-year-old girl suffering from a gunshot wound to her foot.

She was transported to an area hospital by medics.

Just 35 minutes later police were called to the 1100 block of Myrtle Avenue for a reported shooting.

Once officers arrived to the scene, they found a man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.

The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment.

Citywide detectives were called to the crime scene and assumed control of each shooting investigation.
