26-year-old in critical condition after shooting Saturday afternoon

Baltimore City police are investigating a West Baltimore shooting that left a 26-year-old man in critical condition. 

Officers responded to South Carey Street Saturday around 1:08 p.m. for reports of a shooting.

When they arrived, they found the victim suffering from a gunshot wound.

The man was transported to University of Maryland Shock Trauma for treatment, where he is fighting for his life.
