A 22-year-old man was killed in the 4000 block of Duvall Avenue.
The victim, Jacob Hayes, was shot in the stomach Saturday Nov. 26 and succumbed to his injuries.
Investigators believe the victim was inside a house when he was shot by an unknown suspect. The victim was taken to the hospital.
