BALTIMORE - Three people died in Baltimore City street violence this weekend, police said.
The latest happened at 11:45 Saturday night when a 23-year-old man was shot multiple times in the 1300 block of W. Lafayette Street. He was taken to an area hospital where he died.
Almost six hours earlier, another man lay dying on a street in south Baltimore. Police identified the victim as Larry Henderson, 30, of Evergreen Avenue. Police found Henderson in the 2500 block of Huron Street around 6 p.m. while responding to a reported shooting. Henderson had been shot several times and died at the hospital.
Early Saturday morning another man was stabbed several times in downtown Baltimore. Around 1:30 a.m. a citizen flagged down police at the intersection of Charles Street and Baltimore Street for a man who had been stabbed. The victim was taken to an area hospital where he died.
Homicide detectives are investigating.
