A Baltimore woman was charged with prostitution in the Brooklyn Park area Tuesday after community complaints brought undercover detectives to the area.
Around 1:40 a.m. Tuesday, detectives were conducting surveillance in the Brooklyn/Brooklyn Park area in Anne Arundel County, according to the Anne Arundel County Police Department.
Around that time, undercover detectives walked up to a woman along Ritchie Highway who allegedly agreed to perform sexual or lewd acts for money, according to police. A team of detectives then arrested her.
Rhonda Faye Reynolds, 38, of the 3500 block of 6th Street in Baltimore is charged with soliciting prostitution.
Detectives were conducting surveillance that night after receiving several citizen complaints of prostitutes loitering in the area.
