GLEN BURNIE, Md. - Two Anne Arundel County men were arrested Saturday just after midnight after police caught them stealing wheels and tires from cars at JBA Chevrolet.

Dennis Fonger, 22, of Pasadena, and Bronson Neiswender, 22, of Glen Burnie were charged with theft, trespassing, rogue and vagabond and burglary tools.

County police responded to the car dealership in the 7300 block of Ritchie Highway in Glen Burnie at 12:19 a.m. for a report of tampering with an automobile.

Upon arrival, Cpl. Thomas Palmer saw the two men on the lot taking wheels and tires from a car. Police said the suspects brought along a floor jack and blocks.
