Suspect sought in Odenton bank robbery

ODENTON - Police are asking for the community’s help identifying a man they believe robbed a bank in Odenton last week.

Shortly before 11:45 a.m. Aug. 15, a man walked into the M&T Bank in the 1300 block of Blair Drive and showed employees a note demanding money, according to Anne Arundel County Police.

Employees handed over an undetermined amount of money and the man ran away.

The robber is described as a man in his twenties, about 6-feet tall, 150 pounds with facial hair. At the time of the heist he was wearing a hat with a white logo and a gold sticker on the bill, black sunglasses with a gold line on the frame, black cargo shorts and a long sleeved, gray collared shirt.
