Reward increased for information in death of pastor's son in Annapolis

Charles Carroll Jr. was shot and killed in Annapolis in July, now a reward for information on his killer has been raised to $7,000.

The victim's father, Rev. Charles Carroll Sr., is pastor of the New Creation Deliverance Church in Annapolis.

Annapolis Police believe someone knows what happened to the younger man the night of July 28. Carroll Jr.'s body was found around 9:30 p.m. that night in the 900 block of Royal Street.

Police are asking anyone with information to come forward.

"When you call Metro Crime Stoppers your information is never relayed to the Annapolis Police Department. You can remain completely anonymous. Your information gets to us and if we can use that information to arrest or indict someone for this murder,  then you are eligible for up to a $7,000 cash reward," Corp. Amy Miguez of the Annapolis Police Department said.
