Police seek suspect in Sears store slashing

GLEN BURNIE, Md. - Know the man in the above photo? Police would like to speak with him.

The man pictured reportedly pulled a knife on employees at the Sears store at Maryley Station Mall Wednesday afternoon after being detained for shoplifting.

In an attempt to get out of the store, the suspect swung the knife and cut one of the employees on the head.

The suspect is described as a white male in his 30s, about 5-foot-8 to 5-foot-10, with a medium build, fair complexion and short black hair. He was unshaven at the time of the incident and was wearing navy blue jeans, a plaid shirt (blue, red, white), black shoes and a black Orioles baseball cap.
