Pizza deliveryman robbed in Glen Burnie

GLEN BURNIE - A 25-year-old pizza delivery driver was robbed late Sunday night in Glen Burnie, Anne Arundel County police said.

According to police, officers responded to the 900 block of Langley Road for a report of an armed robbery. The victim told police he was on a delivery for Dominos Pizza when he noticed a vehicle following behind him.

The victim said that the vehicle, described only as green sedan/coupe, drove past him as he stopped to make his delivery. The same vehicle then returned at the conclusion of the delivery and a suspect exited the passenger side of the vehicle and displayed a handgun.

Police said the suspect demanded that the victim empty his pockets and the victim complied. The suspects then fled the area in the vehicle.

The victim described the first suspect as a black male, approximately 6-foot-2 with a medium build, wearing a camouflage hooded sweatshirt with the hood up and a black piece of fabric covering his face. He could not offer a description of the driver.
