Police in Anne Arundel County have arrested 24-year-old Dylan Whelchel who they said inappropriately exposed himself to women on three different occasions in Pasadena.

On June 29 around 8:40 AM, police say they responded to Wal-Mart on Ritchie Highway for reports of indecent exposure. Once on scene an adult woman reportedly told police while she was walking in the parking lot, a small red car pulled up next to her. The driver allegedly had himself exposed. The victim said after the suspect realized she saw him he quickly drove away.

Then on July 12 around 9:30 AM, officers were called to Java Divas again on Ritchie Highway for indecent exposure. The woman employee told police a man driving a small red car pulled into the drive through. When the employee looked into the vehicle, the suspect was allegedly exposed. The victim was able to get the vehicle tag number and report it to officers. The victim also stated that this same individual did this once before in May, however, they did not report the incident to police.

Police went to the vehicle owner's address and spoke to Dylan Whelchel. He matched the suspect description and was positively identified as the suspect. Whelchel was taken into custody and charged with three counts of indecent exposure for May, June and July.
