NY man clones credit cards, buys $17K worth of gift cards in AACO

GLEN BURNIE, Md. - A New York man is behind bars after he brazenly returned to a Target store after fraudulently buying nearly $17,000 worth of gift cards.

Police said Orvil Glynn, 21 of Brooklyn, NY  was arrested at the Target in the 6700 block of Ritchie Highway Friday afternoon.  He was charged with credit card fraud and related theft charges. An alert employee recognized him and called police.

Glynn had been in the store numerous times buying close to $17,000 worth of gift cards with over 100 suspected cloned credit cards.

When police arrested him he had two stolen credit cards and had just used them to buy more gift cards.

Police believe there Glynn has many unidentified victims.
