A man was arrested after he broke into a Harmans home naked, Anne Arundel County Police said.

Stephen Daniel Haynes, 31, will be charged with fourth-degree burglary, indecent exposure and assault, police said.

Police were called to the neighborhood around 6:30 a.m. Wednesday after neighbors reported a naked man walking around and asking for money. They then got another call about a burglary in the 1400 block of Cambria Court.

The caller said an unknown, naked man had entered her home through an unlocked front door. The caller said a 24-year-old was sleeping on the family room couch and heard the man enter the front door.  When the victim awoke, the man ran back out the front door of the house.

Maryland State Police Aviation and Anne Arundel County Police K9 units responded, and Haynes was arrested after a resident spotted him in the area.

Police took Haynes to Baltimore Washington Medical Center, and he attempted to bite an officer on the leg. The officer was not injured.

No property was taken in the burglary, police said.
