The FBI is searching for a man accused of robbing six banks in just two months.

At 12:15 p.m. Saturday, the man robbed the Wells Fargo Bank at 721 N Hammonds Ferry Road in Linthicum.

Anne Arundel County Police said he approached a teller with knife and demanded money before leaving the scene.

Police believe he may be connected to three other bank robberies committed last week.

The FBI said he’s armed and dangerous. A surveillance image shows the man wearing a Dallas Cowboys baseball cap. He's described as 5 feet 10 inches tall with a slim to medium build.

A $5,000 reward is being offered for information on his whereabouts.

Anyone with information about the robberies is asked to call 410-265-8080.

**Editor's Note: This story has been updated to reflect that the suspect is accused of robbing six banks, not seven according to FBI investigators.
