Maryland State Police are searching for an African-American man in a silver Dodge Charger who fired shots at a vehicle on 295 Sunday morning.
The victim, a 21-year-old man, was shot in the leg while driving. Multiple shots were fired at the victim’s driver side door, while the two vehicles were traveling north on Baltimore Washington Parkway.
He was taken to Shock Trauma in Baltimore.
An immediate lookout for the silver Dodge Charger was sent to all law enforcement in the area.
