Annapolis police are investigating after a man was fatally shot Sunday night. Officers responded to the scene in the 1200 block of Graff Ct at 11:14 p.m. for a shooting where they found the 28-year-old victim. He has been identified as Juan Carlos Machado Rivas of Annapolis.
Police believe he was standing outside when he was approached by several subjects and then shot.
