Four arrested after robbing Brooklyn Park pharmacy

Four arrested in Brooklyn Park robbery

BROOKLYN PARK, Md. - Anne Arundel County Police arrested  four people who robbed a Brooklyn Park pharmacy.

On Monday, officers responded to the Medicine Shoppe located in the 5500 block of Ritchie Highway after the store's alarm went off. 

As officers and detectives were arriving on the scene, they observed two suspects fleeing from the front entrance to the store.

Both suspects appeared to have been trying to conceal their identities with different clothing.

The two suspects then attempted to enter a nearby waiting vehicle occupied by two other suspects. At that time, officers were able detain the suspects.

Officers found numerous prescription medications that had been stolen along with the weapon that was used.

The medications that were stolen included Oxycontin along with other drugs. The weapon was later found to be a black pellet gun with a realistic appearance.  

Hikeem Rashad Johnson, 24, of 2706 Woodview Road, Nakia Monique Vass, 31, of 2452 Nevada Street,  Keisha Towan Kosh, 39, of 4968 and Ashley Diona Dunston, 31, of 2530 W. Lafayette Avenue, were arrested and charged with robbery.
