Anne Arundel County police charged a high school football coach with child sex abuse.
Marvin Brown, 36, worked as a coach and behavioral assistant at North County High School in Glen Burnie since 2015.
The juvenile victim told investigators Brown sent messages to her cell phone during school hours. In February 2017, the victim alleges Brown touched her inappropriately over her clothing.
Police arrested Brown on June 28, 2017 after obtaining a warrant.
