Annapolis Police are investigating a Thursday night fatal shooting that ended with a car crashing into a home.
The shooting happened just after 9:30 p.m. in the 900 block of Royal Street. Officers found the car, and an injured man inside. Police said he was shot and died from his injuries.
The victim was identified as Charles E. Carroll, 25, of Baltimore.
