Shervon Robinson doesn't know exactly what happened the night her son was murdered, but she's sure others do.

"Please, anybody, I don't care who it is. You don't have to let them know who you are. Just tell them what happened." It's what Shervon Robinson, the mother of Teyon Jones, wants most. Her son, 22-year-old Teyon, was shot in August 2011 at a crowded house party in Crofton.

Teyon's Grandmother, Lula Johnson, remembers a call she got from a witness that night. "She said she heard the gunshot and said Teyon was on the ground. I said oh no no. Not Teyon."

The shooting left Jones paralyzed just before he planned to start his senior year of college. In November 2015, after suffering from his injuries for 5 years, Teyon died as a result of his injuries.

Anne Arundel County Police hope time will make this case easier to solve. "We're so many years removed; maybe they've grown and matured a bit and are willing to share some information with us that they weren't willing to share at the time of the incident."

While police are hoping to make an arrest, Teyon's mother has something else to offer. "Teyon was a forgiving person. He forgave them in 3 days. I have to let this person know whoever did this we forgive you, we just want you to come forward because this tore our family apart."
