GLEN BURNIE, Md. (WMAR) - The Bank of Glen Burnie fell victim to its second robbery of the month.
Anne Arundel County Police say the robbery happened around 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
Several employees told police a woman walked up to the teller, passed a note saying she wanted money, and ran off once she was given the cash.
The woman, believed to be around 40 or 50 years of age, was last seen making a right on Central Avenue. She reportedly weighed around 150 pounds, had long braids, and was wearing a green baseball cap.
The bank, located at 101 Crain Highway, was just robbed two Saturdays ago (9/14/13).
Police have not said if they believe the robberies are connected.
