Annapolis man charged with stabbing victim with a box cutter

ANNAPOLIS, Md. - A 33-year-old man was arrested late Friday following a stabbing in Annapolis.

According to Annapolis Police, Larry Mason, of Annapolis was arrested around 11:50 p.m. for allegedly cutting a man with a box cutter on the 100 block of Main St.

Witnesses told police that Mason and the victim were fighting when Mason cut the victim in the chest.  The victim was transported to Shock Trauma and was listed in critical condition. Mason is charged with attempted first- and second-degree murder, first-degree assault, reckless endangerment, two counts of carrying a concealed weapon, and two counts of carrying a weapon with intent to injure. 

Mason is being held without bond at the Jennifer Road Detention Center.
