ANNAPOLIS, Md. - Police in Annapolis are investigating two robberies that ended with someone shot.
The first incident happened on Silopanna Road on Monday. Police say a 32-year-old man was walking on the footbridge when two men came up to him and demanded he turn over everything he had. One of the suspects had a gun, the other had a knife. The victim started fighting with the guy who had the knife when the other suspect shot him several times. He is expected to survive.
The second shooting happened in the 900 block of President Street. Police say a man from Philadelphia was approached by three men who took his wallet. At one point one of the suspects shots the Philadelphian. There is no word on his condition.
