PASADENA, Md. - Police arrested two men whom they found going through cars at a dealership early Thursday morning.
Anne Arundel County Police say they arrested Christopher Beatty, Jr., and David Pearce, Jr. at Rich Morton Automotive on Mountain Road in Pasadena.
Two plain clothes officers were near the dealership when they saw the two in the lot just before 4:30 a.m. They detained the pair and searched the lot, where they found a new Toyota Highlander running.
While speaking to the two men at the dealership, someone reported a car break-in near the dealership. The victim said his iPod was taken from the car, and officers found it on the two men.
Both were charged with rogue and vagabond, theft under $1000 and possession of burglary tools.
