Charles Carroll Jr. was gunned down July 28 over the summer in the 900 block of Royal Street in Annapolis, one of three unsolved murders in the city this year.
The FBI is offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the individuals that murdered Carroll.

Annapolis Police, along with the FBI, came to the crime scene to knock on doors, hand out flyers and talk with neighbors looking for any new information Friday.
