One man has died and another was injured after a shooting in Annapolis Saturday night. Police say officers responded to the scene at the Unit Block of Clay St just before 10:30 p.m. and found the two victims. 24-year-old Scotty Moss, Jr. was identified as the deceased victim.
The 34-year-old victim was taken to Shock Trauma and is expected to survive.
