CCBC to host job fairs

CCBC TO HOST JOB FAIRS
Oct. 4 – CCBC Catonsville; Nov. 9 – CCBC Essex; March 8 – CCBC Dundalk

 

BALTIMORE COUNTY, Md.  (September 21, 2012) – The Community College of Baltimore County Career Development and Counseling Services, the Baltimore County Chamber of Commerce and the Baltimore County Office of Workforce Development will again be sponsoring Job Fairs on CCBC campuses throughout Baltimore County. 

We encourage you to "dress for success" in business attire and to bring multiple copies of your résumé. These events are free and open to the public.  No pre-registration is required for attendees.

Last year's Job Fairs attracted representatives from 1 st Mariner Bank, Verizon Wireless, Greater Baltimore Medical Center, CCBC Human Resources, Franklin Square Hospital Center, Signal88 Security of Maryland, Maryland Transportation Authority Police, Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services, Celebree Learning Centers, Stella Maris, Baltimore County Office of Workforce Development, Baltimore County Public Library, FutureCare Health and Management, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, to name only a few.  

 

A list of employers who are scheduled to attend this year's job fairs will be posted on the CCBC website at www.ccbcmd.edu/employment/online/Job_Placement.html  approximately one week prior to each Job Fair.

 

Sign Language Interpreters are available by request. Please contact Career Development Services at 443-840-3131 as soon as possible to allow the College adequate time to respond to the request.
