Baltimore Police have identified a suspect in the shooting of an elderly brother and sister Monday.
Police believe Carl Cooper, 36, shot a 90-year-old woman and her 82-year-old brother while they were walking toward a bus stop across from the Walbrook Junction Shopping Center Monday afternoon.
Cooper was named Baltimore's Public Enemy No. 1 at an afternoon press conference.
Earlier Thursday, investigators released new video footage of the man suspected in the shooting. A $12,000 reward is being offered for any information in the case.
