Neighbors say Decerio Coley, age 8, and his two siblings were trapped on the third floor of a burning row house in the 300 block of North Bruce Street Monday.

Coley dangled his 4-year-old sister out the window of their burning home, dropping her to safety in the arms of family and neighbors below. The boy then left the window to search the burning house for his younger brother, Sean McCullough, age 7.

Neither boy emerged, and firefighters later found the brothers unconscious inside the house.
