Victims follows robbers to crash; shots fired, suspect at large

BALTIMORE - A man robbed on Park Avenue reportedly followed the two men in his car right up to the point of a car accident, according to Baltimore police officials.

The victim was robbed on Park Avenue Friday evening. According to a police spokesman, the victim got into his car and followed the robbers to the 800 block of North Howard Street at Madison Street where the two cars became involved in an accident

Police are still working on the details.

After the crash, one of the robbers fired gunshots into the victim’s car. The man who was robbed wasn’t hit.

One witness said she heard four or five shots. Another witness said she heard the victim protesting "they were shooting at me." 

Police arrested one of the suspects, although his partner remains at large, police said.
