TOWSON, Md. - Baltimore County police working alongside DEA agents discovered chemicals in a home in Towson that could be hazardous or used to make drugs, according to a release from the department.
Authorities served a search and seizure warrant connected to a drug investigation at the home in the 700 block of Walker Avenue Wednesday morning .
“During the service of the warrant, detectives discovered some chemicals that when mixed could be hazardous or used to make drugs,” the release states. “The Baltimore County Fire Department Hazardous Materials Team was called in to check the chemicals.”
Officials in the narcotics division of the Baltimore County Police Department were careful to not call the contents found in the home a meth lab.
Two men and a woman were taken into custody, but have not yet been officially charged, according to the release.
