Woman Dies After Driving Car Into Harbor

A vehicle drove into the Inner Harbor early Saturday morning, with a woman inside.  She was found dead. 

This happened near Pier Five, around 3:30 a.m., according to fire officials.  

Witnesses report that a white station wagon was idling on a driveway on Pier Five with a woman inside, when it suddenly accelerated and drove into the harbor.  

Dive teams were on location and recovered the woman's body.

There is no information on the identification of the woman or the reason for the incident.
